ROV Tooling Engineer

We are currently working with a leading offshore services provider to recruit a ROV Tooling Engineer to join their onshore team in Westhill, Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to take ownership of tooling operations, supporting both workshop activity and external clients in the subsea energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of ROV tooling and subsea equipment

• Build, troubleshoot, and commission hydraulic and electrical tooling systems

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams on tooling capabilities

• Manage tooling inventory, including tracking of assets, spare parts, and maintenance schedules

• Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and operations teams on projects and tenders

• Promote safety and quality standards, mentoring junior technicians when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the subsea or offshore tooling environment

• In-depth understanding of ROV tooling systems and operational requirements

• Full right to work in the UK
